Fumiko is the sniper expert of The Ebon Corset Syndicate who has been hired to assassinate Hanako. She is a psychopath who enjoys killing and is greatly experienced at it. She has tattoos and slender build, she can often be found laughing at inappropriate times, finding a joy in many strange things. She greatly believes in the hierarchy of the maid syndicates.
The few people who get close to her are often intimidated by her strange presence and aura. She likes to send a black ribbon tied into a bow as a calling card to the maid cafes she has killed members of.
